If you want the opportunity to win a luxury vehicle while contributing to a good cause, then Win a Wild Ride to Save Wildlife is the event for you. Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation (WRR) is thrilled to host its signature fundraising event next month, on Sept. 19 at the Witte Museum.

This year’s grand prize is a 2019 Audi A3 that – with a ticket purchase – could be yours. The celebration will be a memorable evening that includes vegetarian dining, fine wine and beer, live music, silent auctions, and more. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of this special evening and win the car of your dreams.

You could be the winner of this year’s Grand Door Prize, a brand new Audi A3 Sedan. This luxury vehicle has a 2.0-liter turbocharged TFSI engine with 228 horsepower (at 6,400 rpm) that goes from 0 to 60 in 6.6 seconds.

Your ticket purchase for this event not only gives you the chance to win a luxury vehicle, it also helps change the world. For over 20 years, Win a Wild Ride to Save Wildlife has been an important event to raise funds in support of WRR’s life-saving work.

Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation began in 1977 in San Antonio. Since its inception, WRR has taken in over 200,000 animals, and every year 10,000 more animals are taken in for rehabilitation and eventual release back into their natural habitats. In addition to their rehabilitation and release program, WRR has a 212-acre sanctuary in Kendalia, Texas, where non-releasable native and non-native wildlife are provided permanent homes in spacious enclosures.

On the grounds, there are 600 permanent residents, who have mostly been victims of roadside zoos or the wild animal “pet” trade. Additionally, abused and neglected farm animals and cats that cannot be adopted have a home at the sanctuary. At WRR, these animals are given the proper care and a stimulating living situation, all in an effort to grant each animal a comfortable and enjoyable life.

Support the important cause of wildlife rescue and rehabilitation by participating in Win a Wild Ride to Save Wildlife. You’re helping the world while getting the chance to be the winner of a 2019 Audi A3. It’s truly a win-win.

Join master of ceremonies WRR Founder and President Lynn Cuny on Thursday, Sept. 19, at 6 p.m. at the Witte Museum, located at 3801 Broadway Street. Cuny will share stories of success and entertain as you enjoy the food, drinks, and music. Who knows – maybe you’ll even drive away in your new luxury car, the 2019 Audi A3.

Tickets are available at wildlife-rescue.org/WildRide and (830)336-2725, ext. 314. For more information or to sponsor the event, contact Diana Reyes at DReyes@wildlife-rescue.org or (830)336-2725 ext. 315.
