Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization established in 1977 whose mission is: To rescue, rehabilitate and release native wildlife and to provide sanctuary, individualized care, and a voice for other animals in need. Each year, more than 10,000 animals are received and cared for by WRR at either their Sherman Animal Care Complex, located at 1354 Basse Road in San Antonio, or at the 212-acre wildlife sanctuary in Kendalia, Texas.
