Fruit cups are laid out with a focus on presentation.The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) partners with San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD) to introduce a chef-led program that will inspire and empower child nutrition managers and their staff members to elevate school meals in SAISD. The result of the collaboration is a two-year skills enhancement program, which launched this month. Photos taken at CIA on June 29, 2018.
