Dr. Sandoval is currently an assistant professor at The University of The Incarnate Word School of Physical Therapy. He earned his bachelor's degree in PT from Université de Montreal in 1990, a master’s and his doctor of philosophy from Texas Woman’s University in 1998 and 2013, respectively. He currently serves as the ethics committee chair, chair of the Central District (Greater San Antonio area), Texas State Delegate at Large for the American Physical Therapy Association, and treasurer-elect for the Texas Physical Therapy Association.
