Opinion: Paxton now faces charges of bribery, abuse of office and retaliation after avoiding prosecution on a felony securities fraud indictment for eight years.

Hundreds of flowers, trinkets and photos cover the grounds at a memorial Wednesday outside of Robb Elementary School where 19 children and two teachers were killed on May 24. A $1.5 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education is intended to help Uvalde CISD students and staff recover from the event.
