Shilo Schulterman pets her service dog, Javie, and eight year old rescue from South Carolina. Schulterman said that after she returned from Afghanistan in 2012 she considered getting a service dog after trying everything else to manager her anxiety. She said that she has a new lease on life with Javie by her side.
