U.S. Rep. Joaquin Castro is pursuing $1 million in federal funding for a cybersecurity manufacturing innovation park at Port San Antonio.

The National Security Collaboration Center is one of several projects the University of Texas at San Antonio and Port San Antonio have collaborated on in recent years.
