Startup Weekend San Antonio is a three-day event that brings together creative minds interested in feedback for their startup ideas. The 54-hour event congregates people with various skill sets and backgrounds who are bulging at the seams with innovative ideas.

Sponsored by MassVenture, Geekdom and Codeup, Startup Weekend San Antonio is set for Oct. 23-25.

Individuals will arrive at the Geekdom Event Center on Friday, Oct. 23, at 6:30 for event registration. Later that night, individuals will have the option to pitch their startup idea, and attendees will vote for the top pitches. Once the top pitches are selected, attendees will form teams and begin working on the startup idea.

On Saturday, attendees will work well into the night on their startup business plan. Coaches will be present to steer ideas in the right direction. Attendees will have Sunday morning and afternoon to work on their startup before final presentations that begin at 5 p.m. After all presentations, local entrepreneurial leaders will judge the startups and offer critical feedback.

Those interested can buy tickets here and find a full schedule of events.
