Walking, drinking, eating, and more drinking.  The San Antonio Cocktail Conference (SACC) hosted a Stroll on Houston Saturday evening. The seemingly never-ending stretch of cocktails and hors d’oeuvre’s spanned from Bohanan’s all the way to Lüke.

With three main stage areas, musical entertainment was never far away, ranging from roaring South Texas Jazz to the upbeat T-Bird and the Brakes. Eatery offerings included Hot Joy‘s delicious thai soup and the popular Austin restaurant Sway served a spicy tofu which had me craving more.

Of course no SACC event wouldn’t be complete without alcohol. Naturally the offerings that we all know and love from Bohanan’s and other downtown establishments were incredible. A nice surprise was a full tap wall from Freetail Brewing serving craft beer to those seeking a break from the strong stuff.  I made multiple rounds back and fourth, up and down Houston Street and always felt like I found something new to see or taste.
