As we wrap up our 25th anniversary, we at the San Antonio Water System would like to take a moment to celebrate our community and the progress that the greater San Antonio area is making – from opening a new desalination plant that forms the eighth source of water in the city, to ensuring we have established a plan that guarantees our customers have water supplies through 2070.

There is nothing positive to celebrate with SAWS. You continue to increase rates and provide horrible service. I can assure you if they did not have a monopoly on the market, people would switch by the thousands.
