Some sample of employee reviews posted at Glkassdoor:

“Competitive pay Great benefits Flexible schedules for many positions. Good advancement opportunities if you seek them out. Customers are great as is the savings on own brand items. Most own brand items are comparable or better to the national brand there are also many H-E-B only items. Company has been around since 1905 and has survived many economic glitches that took out larger companies. Very relaxed yet professional culture”

“Most open, transparent, and employee friendly place I have ever seen. Management does a wonderful job at putting their Partners first. Great at keeping up with the latest in advancing technology. Time flies by very quickly in this fast paced environment! No slow days here! Many, many different kinds of positions … there’s something for everyone!”
