Kelly Lyons – PhD, associate professor – is a specialist in maintenance of biodiversity, invasive species, and grassland restoration. She teaches introductory biology, ecology, plant biology and study away courses on the environment and sustainability in Colorado, Mexico, Cuba, and China.
Michele Johnson – PhD, associate professor – studies the evolution of lizard social behavior, teaches courses in introductory biology and evolution, and works to increase and support diversity in science. Dr. Johnson's lab group maintains a blog about their work at lizardsandfriends.org.
Troy Murphy – PhD, associate professor – studies animal behavior with emphasis on the evolution of outlandish ornamental traits used for communication. He teaches courses in introductory biology and animal behavior. He has been a birder since he was young, and is concerned about loss of biodiversity of all creatures.
David Ribble – PhD, professor – is a specialist in the evolution of monogamy in small mammals. He teaches introductory biology, vertebrate evolution, ecology, and study away courses in Colorado, China, and Tanzania.
