Terry A. Ybanez is an artist, educator, and a member of Mission San Jose Neighborhood Association. She lead the petition against the multifamily proposal to build next to the Missions which began in August 2015. She and the Mission San Jose Neighborhood Association are continuing their work on pressing city leaders to create parks next to the Missions.
