Stuart is Project Manager for the San Antonio River Foundation (www.sariverfoundation.org), where he oversees all aspects of the public art program, from artist liaison, design phase progress, project scheduling, site visits, installation, to maintenance. Stuart is also Vice-President of the MidTexMod chapter of docomomo us; Co-Chair of the American Institute of Architects - San Antonio Chapter’s Historic Resources Committee; and Vice-Chairman of the City of San Antonio’s Building Standards Board.
