Richard Peacock Jr, one of the original partners that opened Paloma Blanca in 1997, is President and majority owner of WJP Partnership, Ltd., the owner of Paloma Blanca Mexican Cuisine. He works with his father at Richard M. Peacock & Co., a commercial real estate brokerage firm started in 1950 by his grandfather Joe A. Peacock that has historically specialized in the brokerage of income properties. His community involvement has included being Past President of the Texas Cavaliers Charitable Foundation, serving on the board of the Alamo Heights School Foundation, and his Chairmanship of the Terrell Hills Planning and Zoning Commission.
