Ric Galvan represents District 6 on the San Antonio City Council. Galvan is a proud native of San Antonio’s District 6, raised in the Pipers Meadow neighborhood where he later served as President of the neighborhood association. A graduate of Holmes High School, Galvan went on to earn his bachelor's degree in history and public policy from the University of Texas at Austin.
