Pattie Dale Tye assumed the role of Leader, Project San Antonio in January, 2014. This exciting position allows Humana to fully realize the potential of its San Antonio based assets across all segments of business, for the benefit of members’ health, associates’ health and community health. This result of this work will serve as the prototype design for Humana Markets across its footprint. Prior to this appointment, Pattie Dale served as President of Humana’s Large Employer Group Segment, where she was responsible for Strategy and P&L of the segment’s Medical and Specialty lines of business.
