Leroy Alloway joined the Alamo Area MPO in September 2014 as the Planning and Public Involvement Program Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Lutheran University and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Prior to joining the Alamo Area MPO, Leroy worked with Analytic Focus, LLC, a national consulting firm headquartered in San Antonio.
