Joleen Garcia is the Executive Director at Martinez Street Women’s Center (MSWC), which serves San Antonio’s East and Southeast communities, providing information and services that support the active participation of women and girls in the pursuit of their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Andrea Figueroa is the Program Director for MSWC’s GirlZone program, a year-round after school program and summer camp that enhances academic potential, nurtures high self-esteem and supports the healthy development of neighborhood girls.
