Dr. Richard Kissel is the Vice President of Education at The DoSeum. With more than 20 years of experience within museums, his interests include constructivist and inquiry-based approaches to STEAM education, the role of museums in society, and the history and nature of science. Prior to The DoSeum, Richard held positions at Yale’s Peabody Museum, The Field Museum, and the Carnegie Museum of Natural History. Dr. Kissel is also an instructor and course developer for the online Museum Studies program at Johns Hopkins University.
