A Giddings, Texas native, District 10 Councilman Clayton Perry began his public service career with the United States Air Force, overseeing construction projects at military bases all over the world before retiring as Lieutenant Colonel at Randolph Air Force Base in 2000. After retirement, he began serving on neighborhood and city boards and committees before successfully running for office in 2017.
