Ana Margarita “Cha” Guzman is chair of the San Antonio Housing Authority Board of Commissioners and has been a national leader in education for the past 30 years. She has previously served as president of Palo Alto College and Santa Fe Community College, and served as the chair of the White House Commission on Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans from 1993 to 2000.
