Carla Sierra serves as the senior manager for internal communications, working together with the Strategic Communications and Marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive and effective internal communication program for Trinity University. She is responsible for advancing the internal brand of Trinity University and serves as a point of contact for internal communication initiatives.
An El Paso native, she has had the privilege of working for some of the top employers in El Paso and San Antonio in the areas of corporate communications, public relations & marketing, and community relations in the areas of healthcare, finance, public schools, and nonprofit organizations.
