Cara Jacobsen is the Director of Catering at the Hotel Emma in the Pearl District. She is a native of San Antonio and is raising her two children, Parker and Madison, to love being Texan. Her husband, Scott, is from the Midwest but has adopted Texas as his new home. They’ll be here for the long haul.
