Bricio Vasquez is the P16Plus Council data director. Vasquez earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Texas Tech University and Master of Arts in sociology from Texas State University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in applied demography at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
