Amir Samandi is the Founder and Executive Director of Summer of Service (SOS). SOS has performed thousands of hours of community service in San Antonio and abroad, in addition to having taken more than 100 students on trips abroad. These students return to San Antonio inspired and committed to making their community better. Amir has a B.A. in International Relations from St. Mary's University and a M.A. from George Washington University in International Affairs. Amir is married and has three sons who are also committed to learning through community service and travel abroad.
