The region is experiencing what public health officials call a silent surge, since at-home tests results aren’t included in official totals.

Adrian, 5, receives the recently CDC approved pediatric dosage of the Pfizer vaccine for COVID-19 at the University Health System’s vaccine clinic at Wonderland of the America’s on Thursday. Appointments are now being accepted online for children ages five and older.
