San Antonio eases criteria for new four-way stops, traffic lights

The city is doing away with traffic volume requirements for four-way stops on residential streets, among other changes intended to slow traffic.

Reducing vehicle-related pollution is one of the goals set by the City in 2019 to help San Antonio become carbon-neutral by 2050.
