People enjoy the newly-opened skywalk at the Robert L.B. Tobin Land Bridge at Phil Hardberger Park in April. The 1,000-foot-long skywalk was a new addition to the land bridge which cost $23 million and was funded in part by the 2017-2022 bond package.
