New BiblioTech library opens as Bexar County continues bid to provide internet access to all

The all-digital library at the Fox Tech campus downtown, the fourth BiblioTech site, will be open to the public when school is not in session. 

Cellular towers similar to this one at Collins Library will be installed across five SAISD campuses to provide free internet access to more than 7,900 students.
