During a press conference at the White House Friday afternoon President Barack Obama announced his nomination of Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Shaun Donovan to be the director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and for San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro (D) to replace Donovan as the secretary of HUD.
