Civil rights lawsuit by Black jogger over mistaken arrest headed for settlement talks, but trial date set

The civil rights lawsuit against the city is scheduled for trial in October, but all parties have agreed to mediation, which the judge said must be complete by the end of June.

Today the building will become part of the new Alamo Museum and Visitors Center.
