State officials said the project could go to bid this year, but City Manager Erik Walsh said he hasn’t seen any plans yet.

A section of Broadway Street near the Pearl could see taller buildings soon after the Historic Design and Review Committee approved a recommendation to increase the max building height from 10 stories to 15.
