Vehicle emission inspections likely for Bexar County under new EPA air quality rules

Bexar County vehicle owners will likely have to get vehicle emissions inspections annually now that the EPA has downgraded the region’s air quality.

A section of Broadway Street near the Pearl could see taller buildings soon after the Historic Design and Review Committee approved a recommendation to increase the max building height from 10 stories to 15.
