Eligibility
To be eligible for the Spurs tickets, parking pass and signed basketball giveaway, individuals must make a new donation of no less than $5 or more a month, $60 or more annually or a one-time gift of $60 or more to the San Antonio Report on Dec. 13, 2023 by 11:59 p.m. Donations that are already pledged will not count toward the giveaway.
Employees of the San Antonio Report, its board members, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible for the drawing. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
By donating during the eligibility time period, readers are agreeing to these rules and to the decisions of the San Antonio Report, which are final and binding in all respects.
How to enter
Make a new donation to the San Antonio Report of no less than $5 or more a month, $60 or more annual or one-time gift of $60 or more during the eligibility period.
Prizes
The Prize is four tickets to a Spurs game with a parking pass included and a signed Spurs basketball. There will be one winner. The game is January 31 at 7 p.m. against the Orlando Magic at the Frost Bank Center.
Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of San Antonio Report no later than December 19, 2023. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days of selection using the email address provided when the individual made their contribution. The San Antonio Report shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Winner List
For the name of the winner(s) send a #10 self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by December 31, 2023 to the San Antonio Report, 711 Navarro Ste., #535 San Antonio, TX 78205.
General conditions
Prize winners shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. The San Antonio Report will not withhold federal or state taxes. Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission to use the winner’s name, photograph and likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes in all forms of media in perpetuity without further compensation. The San Antonio Report shall have no liability for any damage, loss or liability arising from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
