Santos Limon is a civil engineer who grew up in Del Rio. He has worked for the Union Pacific Railroad in systems administration and in the field of transportation infrastructure, design, logistics and construction. He was Democrats’ nominee for Texas’ 23rd Congressional District in 2024.
