Oscar Kazen was first elected as a judge in Bexar County Probate Court No. 1 in 2018. He’s a Marine Corps veteran who received his law degree from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He previously worked as an associate probate judge and as a county court at law judge. He is unopposed in his bid for a third term.
