Okey Anyiam is a criminal defense lawyer in Dallas who has been licensed to practice law since 1997. He is the lone Democrat running to replace incumbent Republican Justice Bert Richardson, who is seeking a position on a lower court instead of running for reelection. Anyiam will face the winner of a four-way Republican primary in November.
