1. Please tell voters about yourself.
I am a 55+ year resident of Bexar County, to include San Antonio, and Windcrest. I currently live in Windcrest.
I attended three high schools, have some college credits, and specialty school training. However, my 35 years experience in the Home Inspection industry and as a Construction Defects Expert and Trial Consultant are the forces that have most shaped my education.
My current profession is a a Construction Defects Expert, Consultant and Inspector.
2. Briefly describe your top policy priorities.
Educating our Nation’s Children by reconfiguring our states’ education system. Our current school systems are the gateway for illegal drug use.
Modernizing our Nation’s traffic light system. There is no excuse for the antiquated traffic light system across America. Millions of hours and millions of gallons of fuel are wasted, sitting at traffic lights. No excuse.
Giving our Nation’s Citizens the tools for Regaining control of Government. An out-of-control Government. Our Nation’s Government has become exactly what our Founding Fathers warned of us. My ‘Pre-Vote Candidate Oath’ is the answer for us, all of us, to rid our Nation’s Governments of bad actors.
3. What should Congress be doing to rein in inflation and/or stabilize/boost the economy?
Inflation begins with printing money. Our elected officials have run amok. Each dollar printed steals value from your parent’s and grandparent’s savings. Each dollar printed steals from your children’s future.
Every social program is nothing more than corporate welfare. Each scheme concocted by Corporate America and forced on the American public by and through political bribes, threats, etc. is simply Corporate Welfare.
Remove the Federal Reserve from the equation. Allow the U.S. government to make four percent (4%) mortgages and other loans. Immediately go to a dynamic fuels tax based revenue generator. Total transparency.
4. What should Congress be doing to reform immigration laws?
Immigration Reform is CODE for Amnesty. Immigration does nothing more than allow Corporate America to steal from American Workers. We openly admit that our Nation’ Schools are a failure, and we have failed our Nation’s Children when our Nation’s Politicians and their Corporate Puppeteers tell us they have to allow immigrants because Americans are not skilled enough to fill many of the jobs.
We soften the resolve of Americans by inundating them with Social Programs and Social Program Monies. Then, we wonder why so many folks don’t want to work. This is by design. Each immigrant is a consumer and each immigrant is cheaper labor. We have been betrayed by Congress and Corporate America.
5. At a time when the White House is asserting more control over national security and spending without Congress’ input, how would you handle disagreements over the division of power?
A strong President who makes mistakes is much better for our Country than a weak President, who has other, un-elected trolls making the decisions that impact us all. The U. S. citizen was supposed to have the final say in the Separation of Power/Division of Power, via our voting rights.
Currently, the Supreme Court has the final say in the Constitutionality of the President’s actions. We can have a more dynamic control over our Government if we can implement term limits and a 12 year Statute of Limitations for Crimes committed in Political Office. We can do this by utilizing my ‘Pre-Vote Candidate Oath’ prior to each election.
6. The past year has brought tremendous uncertainty to many Americans surrounding rising health insurance premiums and lack of access to medical care near their homes. What do you believe Congress should be doing to make health care affordable and accessible to residents in your state?
We can immediately lower health care costs for Americans by…
-Removing all illegal immigrants from OUR Country, and anyone who has overstayed their work-visa.
-Cut subsidies for any and all Insurance Companies that subsidize Trans-gendering of anyone.
-Remove the Statute of Limitations for anyone involved in the Trans-Gendering of a Minor. That nonsense of mutilating the minds and bodies of our Nation’s Children will stop overnight.
-Create an AI based algorithm that determines what tests, further tests are needed during or after a doctor’s visit. With this, we can reign in all the unnecessary tests and free-up money for those truly in need.
-reate a database of ‘runny-nose’ visits to the emergency room and the costs associated with tying up hospital emergency rooms and the enormous cost of additional tests (I.e. Runny Nose calls for an MRI, Overnight stay in the hospital, CAT-Scan, etc.)
