Lesli Fitzpatrick is the director of special litigation for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. She previously worked for the Texas General Land Office and had her own firm practicing law in Williamson, Travis, Hays and Bell Counties. She is now one of four Republicans running to replace incumbent Republican Justice Bert Richardson, who is seeking a position on a lower court instead of running for reelection. The winner of the Republican primary will face Democrat Okey Anyiam in November.
