Kevin Patrick Yeary was first elected to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in 2014. He earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University and worked as a prosecutor in Dallas, Houston and then in San Antonio. He’s seeking a third six-year term and faces Democrat Audra Riley in November.
