Julián Villarreal is a materials engineer from San Antonio. He received his undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has a doctorate in material science and engineering from the University of Austin. He serves on CPS Energy’s Community Input Committee and ran for this seat in 2020 as well.
