Jay Furman is a retired U.S. Navy Commander who attended Texas A&M University and Naval Postgraduate School. He was the GOP nominee for Texas’ 28th Congressional District in 2024 and is now running in the crowded GOP primary for an open seat in the redrawn 35th Congressional District.
