Dan Patrick started his career as a radio talk show host in Maryland. He went on to represent part of Houston and its suburbs in the Texas Senate. In 2014, he challenged an incumbent Republican in the primary to become Texas’ Lieutenant Governor. He’s now seeking a fourth four-year term in 2026.
