Brent Coffee works in the Election Integrity Division of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office. He received his law degree from the Ave Maria School of Law, worked in private practice and then at the Bexar County District Attorney’s office. He is now one of four Republicans running to replace incumbent Republican Justice Bert Richardson, who is seeking a position on a lower court instead of running for reelection. The winner of the Republican primary will face Democrat Okey Anyiam in November.
