Andrew White is a Houston businessman who ran for governor in 2018 and launched another campaign for governor last year. He announced on Jan. 5 that he was dropping out of the Democratic primary race to support state Rep. Gina Hinojosa (D-Austin), but his name will still appear on the March primary ballot.
