In a field of 27 mayoral candidates, what differentiates you from the others?
With the exception of one candidate I have 22 Years of Military Service. More than 26 other candidates.
I grew up in San Antonio and care about my city as a taxpayer.
If elected, you would be taking over at a time when the city has spent more than a year negotiating a massive downtown redevelopment effort in Project Marvel. How would you approach this project?
I am Totally Against Project Marvel. With the possibility of Displacement of Downtown Residents. The Spurs can spend their money to refurbish the Alamodome for Basketball and Baseball.
In the city’s 2024-2025 budget survey, residents ranked homelessness, streets,
housing and animal care services among their top concerns for the city to address. Which issues do you consider a top concern and how would you work to address them in your first 100 days?
- Crime under the current City Council is out of control.
- Implement a CCR to allocate 500 SAPD Academy slots for the next 4 Years to mirror a growing Population.
- Protect the Horse Carriage Industry and Eliminate its Phase out which was implemented by the current City Council.
- Widen streets not narrow them. I am Against the TOD.
- Assist Tom Homan in Deporting illegals. Less illegals more housing for Citizens.
- Homeless should be prosecuted when stealing grocery carts. This may drive out some of them when you enforce the law.
For the past four years San Antonio has worked closely with the Biden Administration on federally funded projects like airport development and Advanced Rapid Transit. How would you approach working with both state leaders in Austin and a new presidential administration in D.C.?
Rapid Transit depends on Burden for Tax Payer. People like driving which is more timely. Nothing Wrong with that.
