Adam Salyer is a realtor who previously served on the Universal City Council. He’s a veteran of the U.S. Army and National Guard. He ran unsuccessfully for a Texas House seat in 2020, and is now seeking the Republican nomination to take on state Sen. Roland Gutierrez (D-San Antonio) in 2026.
