In one of the most dramatic college football games on record, the Texas Christian University (TCU) Horned Frogs defeated the Oregon University Ducks 47-41 to win the 2016 Valero Alamo Bowl on Saturday night.

Just days after TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin and wide receiver Preston Miller were suspended for breaking midnight curfew, and Boykin was arrested for punching a San Antonio police officer during a fight at Pat O’Brien’s, a TCU win was considered unlikely. Boykin’s assault of a public servant led to a night in jail and his suspension from the team.

After Boykin’s arrest, Oregon was favored by bookmakers by a point. But the Frogs managed to come back from a 31-0 deficit against the Ducks at halftime and extend the game into triple overtime for an epic win.

Stay tuned for more in-depth coverage of the game this evening.
