San Antonio’s City Council District 10 encompasses the city’s far Northeast side.
Councilman Marc Whyte (D10), who was elected in 2023, faces four challengers as he seeks a second term. If no candidate takes at least 50% of the vote on May 3, the top two finishers will advance to a June 7 runoff.
All of San Antonio’s 10 City Council seats will be on the May 3 municipal election ballot, along with a crowded mayoral race.
Council members elected this year will serve a four-year term, thanks to new longer council limits approved by voters in November.
The job will pay $70,200 per year.
